I'll go try that real quick. Thanks.

Swivel extension? I don't remember having any issues reaching any of the bolts.

Didn't even give that a try lol. Got it ALL off. Wound up having to do it the old fashioned way, good thing dad use to work on a race team or we probably would have never got them off lol. We just used a socket wrench and switched between a short and deep 10mm socket and got them off by hand. Took a little while but it worked.
Here's some pics of tonights progress. Hoping to have it completely finished by Wednesday/Thursday.

Broke all 3 cat bolts on the drivers side. Pass. side slid out with the cat still attached.

And slid these up in without any problems. Didn't even have to remove the steering linkage. We were working it up and I said dang I forgot to unbolt the steering linkage, and then dad just pushed it on up there. I was like ok nevermind Everybody was saying that you pretty much had to, well I didn't just for anybody who is getting ready to do them.
And here they are all nice and pretty, with my new wires.

Well it's finished. The only thing we didn't do our selves was the y pipe. Trying to get it to fit with the car on jack stands just wasn't working. So went to the exhaust shop and talked to a guy who owns an LS2 Goat. And he said he would do it for us. Figured it would be a lot easier on a lift. $75 to get it welded in. I trust welds more then those u clamps anyways. And it seems to have tucked the y pipe up a little better.

Here's the only picture I have so far, I will get one with a can or something tomorrow to show the clearance.

Videos of headers hooked up to Magnaflow do it no justice. I heard the videos and was thinking, this is gonna be too quiet... No, when you want it to be loud it will purr at you. I saw a lot of people complain about the rasp with ORY.. I like it.. Gives it that Corvette sound.

I will try and get some videos of it tomorrow.

That exhaust tucked really well. Mine tucked pretty good, but I am lower so ground clearance is still an issue.

What he said lol. I love them, I just have to adjust the headlight itself.. Mine have HID's in them for the low beam. The lights were to bright for my phones camera thats why i only have the closeup of one. You'll love them if you get them, gave the car a different look. I love them.

Anybody looking for a pair of rear brake rotors? They are drilled and slotted. I bought them off WS6store back in May and still haven't put them on yet. And I changed my mind on them. So if you know anybody looking for some let me know. The fit 98-02 I would imagine, LS1. Bought them for like $100. They are brand new still in the shipping box they were sent to me in lol. Only have been taken out once for me to take a look at them. If you are interested make me an offer and I'll pay the shipping.

Quick question guys.. Is there a noticeable improvment with 5.3 heads? I've found some on tech for $160, and trying to find a cam to go with them.. Just want some feedback on those heads, if they are worth it.

Yes, it will be a torque monster. BUT, if you're going that route, get them ported/polished, valve job with 2.02/1.57 valves.

I am going to do the same thing to my car down the road. 5.3 heads with the above and a 22x cam.
