the brakes on this car are expensive, the recaro seats are expenise, the wheels are expensive.

In my mind 54,995-59,995 or so.

it does not have mag ride or carbon hood insert like the ZL1 does that should reduce cost of manufacturing some.

That's an obscene amount of money for a camaro. I don't care how much high end stuff they strapped to it. I can't imagine a single scenario where I'd pay corvette money for a camaro.

$64,950. As mentioned before, GM placed this car at the top of the Camaro food chain.

Consumer cost of all the stuff they are removing is probably $3K at most. The LS7 costs about $6K more than an LSA. So right there you have $3K more than a ZL1. Add all the other goodies and I'm thinking we are probably talking about at least $59K without A/C.

You realize those logos will magically appear on every 6cyl and SS, on 95 percent of the people that have ever bought a GenV Camaro since 2010. They're probably working overtime already in China producing Z28 logos.
Sad but you know it's true........ So you'll be able to have a $20,000 Z28 very quickly.

65K$

Anybody saying less than 50K is just dreaming. Too many premium stuff on this car, like other said(seats, suspension, brakes, engine, chassis, trans/diff, lightweight glass, etc).IMO, I think it will be as faster than a 'base' Stingray. Stingray 3400lbs 450hp/450tq, Z28 3700lbs 505hp/470tq(race tires/suspension/etc). LS7 > LT1 all day long. The base Stingray wont have sticky tires like the Z28 and it will be more street than track. Z28 will be the ultimate track car. Sorry but plp cant compare Z28 and a Boss. 1LE beats the Boss and its heavier, cheaper, less hp. Z28 will laugh at any Boss.

Plus it will be very limited...so MSRP will go out of control!!
