But isn't this really F&F 4? Since it takes place immediately after 3?
these time lines are confusing

The third movie's events actually happen directly after the events of the 6th movie hence why the Han is still in 4, 5 and 6. So 4, 5, and 6 should all be moved down a number and the 3rd should be moved up to 6th if you want to go in chronological order.

I remember when this series first came out, so many kids were getting in accidents at the parking lot after the movie trying to do some of see stunts.

My best friends wife took us to see 3. I sat in a theater through the WHOLE movie.

Let's just say our opinions on whether ANY of that movie was good differs greatly

Well lets look it up for shits and giggles.

According to this website a 71 monte carlo weighs lets say 3600 lbs. (Lets forget about the fact that the car is obviously stripped and set up for drags, probably weighing in at much less than that.)

And according to wikipedia, the Viper weighs approx 3460 lbs.

That's a 140lb difference. Add in the 100lb blond chick to the viper and lets call it damn near even.

The piece of shit monte carlo is running a 509, which I know nothing about other than what this summit advertisement and Jegs advertisement says about it.

That model year pretty viper boasted a 600 hp V10 that year.

Now I'm no expert by any means, but it looks like a pretty tight duo. Especially considering the skill set of the two drivers at the time. Of course I pulled all of this from the internet, so it might all be bullshit to begin with. It's the fact that shawn was driving on racing slicks that bothers me about it.

AS dumb as the Fast movies can be, they sure are entertaining to me. Jsut pure turn of your brain popcorn flick entertaining. IMO Fast Five was the best of the series

Wait, I'm wrong. Tokyo drift came out in 2006. I don't know what type of viper it was, but according to WIKI, the most powerful viper was 535hp at 3400lbs. I think. It's the 2007+ Vipers that had 600 horse.
