May have helped a fellow Camaro owner today...
...at the gas station.
I had to stop and get gas for the lawn mower and as I pulled in to the gas station I saw a white 2014/15 RS next to the pump. An older woman was pumping gas into it. I got out and asked her how she liked her Camaro. She says she loved it...and then she said it...."but I wish I'd have got a V8!" I looked in the passenger side and saw it was black cloth and auto. Pretty sharp looking car and complimented her on it. She said her husband said "get what you want" and she picked this one. But now she regretted not getting the V8. She said she remembers the days of yesteryear when muscle cars sounded like muscle cars. She said she loved it except for the sound. She said she talked to the dealer and they didn't recommend spending a lot of money on an exhaust because it wasn't going to add performance. She was more worried about warranty. I mentioned Camaro5, but she said she wasn't into all that computer stuff. Ok. I told her a few people just went to straight pipes, and they weren't terribly noisy. She said she wanted mufflers. I then suggested she look into an axle-back system since she was just looking for more rumble. I told her that GMPP made one that wouldn't mess with her warranty and didn't cost an arm and a leg. Although, it probably wouldn't be grumbly enough. I suggested if she didn't care about exhaust warranty, then some Borlas might do what she wants. She thanked me and we parted ways, but she was happy to know she had options.

Good advise - All people that want to stay some what close to stock should consider GMPP options
