NA LFX build

So lately there has been a lot of talk of these new revision of the mace cams for the LFX. It's really got me thinking on cracking open the LFX and doing a NA build that would be balanced on the street and the road course. With the new mace cams they are suppose to pull from 1,500 rpm to past redline. Mace says 30rwkw (40rwhp) with a tune. They report more gains are to be had with a slight rev limiter increase. These cams sound promising and if mace's gains are accurate we should see 300+ rwhp NA LFXs soon! On top of the cams I'm considering to get tuned for 93 octane and putting in some higher compression pistons( and other supporting parts), to take advantage of the higher octane. Would also like to find a place willing to rework the heads which should also compliment the cams. Also picking up some high flow cats and a jacfab extendolator and ported intake manifold. So what do you guys think? Any little things I might need to further compliment the build in going this direction? All advice is welcome !

Might want to rethink higher compression pistons. LFX is already around 11.5:1 and going higher on pump gas may be discounted by more knock retard. Would definetly do forged rods though.

I can't wait to see DGM's "pre-cam" results. He is full bolt on, including modified Jac-Fab intake, and I think he will hit, or get close to that 300rwhp mark. I think the LFX is capable of that without cams.

If the recently cams information coming out of Australia is true, and they got a 335rwhp LFX down there...I think that is just insane. Even if the cams are only good for 20 or 30 more rwhp, then I think we will definitely see V6s in the 310 - 330 rhwp range. I've said it before, but I'll say it again. That's getting near earlier L99 V8 rwhp numbers, and that is awesome.
