Wouldn't know till I physically installed one, but if I were a betting man, I'd say the perimeter and dimensions of the two GM hoods are pretty darn close to being the same.

I can't see much a difference with the naked eye.

This.

The hood itself won't be much, but the carbon fiber inset (which is a different part number) will be $$$$$

Hi Ofer,

I had posted in some threads that I started getting all of the necessary information together a couple of weeks ago to do this to my car. I am finished with my comparison as to what actually is different from the SS to the ZL1. The front lower bumper is not available yet. Once I get all of the pieces I will be working on this myself.

The only other thing I am not sure about is wiring those new lights. I was going to talk to you and see what you thought or could come up with. So, since we will be working on this at the same time, it is good.

It seems as if once we have all of the parts we need, the actual change will not be that hard or that big of a deal.

Have you thought about what you're going to do about the wiring yet?

Thanks,
Gene.

It will be a week till you get it there all back east, and the fog lights are the same ones that are on your SS now, the part that is not out is the patr that holds it to the bumper.
