I would contact him about the mistake, see if you can work out a deal. Tell him you want $100 back. or you will contact Ebay and he will have to pay for the sipping back to him. As he misrepresented them.

You can always but the new ones from ebay.............well you use to be able too. I just checked to provide a link, NOPE, none were listed.

Have bought and sold lots of stuff on ebay. No problems yet (fingers crossed).

I even bought a full size truck on Ebay back in 2007. I always thought buying a vehicle on ebay would be a dumb decision. But then I came across the perfect truck at a great price from a dealer. Turns out it was a great decision. But I also did everything I could to help protect myself if anything went wrong.

Oh, so you were the one that beat me out of the Headers? Thanks saved me a headache.

Awesome! that is really close to what I paid and those are brand new. Do i need new OEM gaskets and o2 extenders like the bbk's? Also how do you like them? big difference?

Have you read my thread on my install of the OBXS headers?

http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...&highlight=obx

And to answer your questions, the gaskets and O2 extensions are up to you. But for me, I bought new OEM gaskets and bolts. I bought the extensions too. Do you have to, maybe not. But I was not looking to re-do it or have a gasket leak chance. The extensions might make it but maybe not, why chance it when you want to drive it that night after the install. So I was not letting those stopping me either.

Hope this helps, send me a PM or post it up here if you have any further questions.

I know there is only a few places to get them and two of them are out. RSA charged shipping and so does the other place. I'm not paying over 400 for OBX when I can wait for restock.

I just purchased mine from RSA, I guess I either had the wrong headers in my shopping cart before (for the 12 model) or they just decided to give me free shipping today. It cost me 389, about $15 more than the other two sites I looked at but if they have them in stock and I don't have to wait I'm fine with that. They do not sell the o2 extensions, I bought those elsewhere.

If It were me that- that would have happened too I would return it and get my money back. Cause even if I were to try and keep it in the back of my mind I would still know its not the BBK that I bought. And that would always bother me. Lol ! (I'm anal like that) OP follow ya instincts man if you feel a certain about it send it back, and demand ya man back. GL
