Yes it'll fit but if you don't address the cause of wheel hop you'll get to break it again very soon.

Cradle bushings or inserts and an alignment.

Yes will be direct bolt-up for you as long as he was also a SS.

1000HP Axles great idea, add Toe Rods, subframe bushings, alignment is a good plan.

We of course are partial to the DSS ones, but GForce and DSS both make great axles for the stock rearend.

Hey man,I saw the pics of the mayhem you posted on FB
I almost went to the track friday night as well.

Also consider Toe links, either BMR and ZL1 factory jobs.

It would be a great time to do it since the cradle has to be dropped anyway for the inserts...Drivers side toe link bolt won't come out unless cradle is dropped.

By the way,BMR inserts are actually made by Energy Suspension and available from them directly for a lot less money

Doing those 2 things plus a -.5 or less rear alignment will cure it for sure.

I was talking to Scott on FB too when I saw the pics. I was always nervous about breaking an axle at the strip but never did. I'll be looking for your car in the spring when I get home from this deployment. Nice hood by the way

You have me confused with someone else as I've been spending the past 5 months playing hide and seek with terrorists.

I was just agreeing(quoting) with your comment to assist Cory with his wheel hop problem...

Stay safe over there my friend!
