Since no one really answered these questions for you...

The front emblem snaps in and can be popped out with a small flat bladed screw driver from behind the grill. As Bad@ssCamaro said, the rear is double back tape. A heat gun and some plastic trim tools will remove it.

Thanks SteveV, that's exactly what I did. Removed rear bowtie and leaving it off, popped off front bow tie without breaking anything and am painting the gold insert black. Cost so far $0. Next "camaro" script on sides coming off and new 1le emblems going on. Should pick up lots of hp, lol.
