Question Hurst Short Throw Choice

I am wanting to install the Hurst Billet/Plus shifter in my Camaro and obviously I can order it from Hurst, but I noticed Amazon has it as well.

Now Hurst titles the shifter as the "Billet/Plus 2" and on Amazon they have a Hurst "Billet/Plus" and a "Billet/Plus 2" (links below).

I am just confused by the naming here, is there a difference between the 2 Amazon is offering compared to the one from Hurst, because there is a substantial price difference.

"Billet/Plus"

"Billet/Plus 2"

Hurst Billet/Plus 2

DONE. I didn't think I would find it for this cheap and the naming totally through me off. Thanks for the reassurance, can't wait to install!

Haha awesome. I've watched the hurst video on how to install the sifter, but I'm also wondering if anyone who has already installed one has any advice. Or what sort of problems, big or small, did you run into?

Appears the hurst bushing does not last too long causing sloppy side play

see the post hurst shifter fix NH-SS has some improved bushing
Made out of a brass material he is selling seems like a good fix I have mine coming for when I install my shifter.

I don't like doing things twice

$175 for bushings that will just wear out again? Seems silly. I hope I can still get in on the brass bushings another user made.

I think he meant the whole Billet 2 unit not the bushings . I too have the brass bushing on the way for mine . Looking forward to seeing how it works .
