69 rs camaro- hidaway grille

i am surprised no one has tried to imitate the original 69 rs hidaway grille or even mentioned it....the heritage grille looks nice as does the billet...but i think that a hidaway headlight grille would be the shit....unforunately i,m not set up to do any kind of fabrication but thought i would test the water to see if anyone has thought about it or is attempting it...have not found 1 post to this....but i know alot of people are working on afterburner lights- double din faceplates and other numerous things....i think that a full flush billet grille is super clean and if it had opening headlight doors like the orig 69 rs it would be stoked...thanks

Im going to be pulling the front off within the next few weeks to investigate this exact thing. Its all depending on the hinging. With an open mind and a lil this and that I think its doable and would be awesome.
