Procharged vs Supercharged

Guys quick questions...

What's the difference between the two systems other than looks?

Would I be able to use an aftermarket intake manifold?

Procharger is a supercharger. It's a centrifugal rather than a top mount.

With the procharger you can use an aftermarket intake manifold....but it wont net you much.

Procharger basically acts like a belt driven turbo that doesn't work off exhauat gas.
Builds horsepower and torque as the rpms climb and just doesn't stop pulling.

Doesn't have the instant torque hit like the Maggie, but definitely makes some power down low.

My fuel economy is awesome cuz I'm always cruising around in vacuum. At 50mph I average 21mpgs. Never really hit boost around town, maybe a pound.

I make over 600rwhp now since my retune. I have a pretty mild setup and it's just too much. Traction control light comes on at 120mph in full boost.

You have a lot to consider when buying a supercharger. So do the research and buy the right one.

No. Not a tune issue. My tires are fighting for traction at 120. I have nitto nt555 285/30/20 and they just spin when I give it some throttle.

Is that right? Well you either have some sort of electrical issue or the worst alignment known to man. When I used to run street tires (275) my car didn't spin 700whp @120.
