Gas filter replacement.

Hello all,

I own a LS Camaro and I was wondering where is the gas filter located? And, after what mileage is a good time to change it? Also, what brand is recommended for better performance? Ofcourse, I can search through the owner's manual for most of the answers but I would like to get some opinions/answers from people who actually went through this process.

Okaayyy! I didn't expect to reply back to my thread so quick but after reading around it turns out that the gas filter is in the pump itself and doesn't have to be replaced. Replacing the pump means replacing the filter.

Please confirm.
Thanks in advance.

Most cars & trucks made today do not have serviceable fuel filters .
