Sub boxes

Do subs sound better with a dual front firing box or a dual rear firing box?

Of course because they're about 5x more quite and no sound waves to go anywhere to rattle anything.... no air space if you face them foward. This is for a sealed box. If ported it don't matter.

I have a question about sub boxes as well, but didn't want to create a new thread. My friend is making me a custom box, and I was curious how we are supposed to get it in the trunk because the hole is so tiny. Anyone have any experience with installs?

NO

Put the box in as if you were loading in a snowboard from the trunk with the seats down, the box will slide through to the seats, pull the box back to the end of the trunk and pull the box to one side so it's like diaganol in the trunk. then pull push the end closest to you towards the back so the box is basically perpendicular to you and push it back. Pretty easy.

Anyone deal with fiberglass

I'm in the process of building 2 single 12 boxes I'm going to have them front center fire and mold them into the back behind the wheel wells. Has anyone done this or has fiberglass sub boxes? Do u have pics and pointers? I build one around 10 years ago in my eclipse housing 2 15's but hoping once I start this it all comes back to me..
