SLP 1-3/4" on 2014?

Thoughts on these used headers on a 2014 SS for $800?

You can find new headers for the same or less money, but they won't be a name brand. I'd also look for headers with 1 7/8 primary's. There a happy medium for our cars. I'd pass unless you just have to have SLP headers, then it's not a bad deal.

You can beat that price.

Also, the larger primaries are known to peak higher, but smaller primaries are known for lower end numbers. It's all about goals.

+1

I put down 377/388 with my 1.75in Kooks with cats and a few other bolt-ons.

The 6.2L engines really like the 1 7/8 inch primary. For the same money you can get a new set of Stainless Power 1 7/8 headers that are made of high grade stainless steel.

I run top quality 2" headers from SW. Do a search for some thread about 2" headers that have same low end and better top

Get at least 1 7/8.

1 7/8 is what you want.
