Borla ATAK not as loud as I expected...but still do sound awesome!
I just installed Borla ATAK full CAT back and CAI. I love the sound. It's just not near as loud as I thought it would be. My V6 with SOLO CAT back was louder.
Don't take this to mean I regret the ATAK. I love how it sounds. Speaking of volume only...Is this to be expected? My wife even commented that it's not as loud as have friends.

Headers will fix that quiet exhaust trust me. I have SW 2" headers with the borla atak cat back. Its obnoxiously loud now.

loud is so objective, I have 1 7/8 Stainless Power headers with stainless works retro chambered Cat back 3' system and high flows. it is loud but I thought it might be louder to be honest. when I start it up in the morning it is like a small bomb going off...LOL. but it is only a bit more louder than when I had just the catback. there is no annoying drone, but a different person might say otherwise. I can hear the radio just fine and cell calls through the blue tooth work fine. it is impressive when you come roaring down the street. it is like a rolling billboard for bada$$!!

It's louder than stock by a significant margin. I expected the same as my SOLO on my V6. Apparently that was VERY loud. Not sure I want to do headers. I don't want to tune yet since I'm on warranty for 70k more miles.
