Good start, certainly better than stock. Still, I like my exhaust to scare little children and set off bank vaults.
So, what's the cost? HP gain?

If you look close, as he's revving it, you can see the car rock... and it matches up, so i dont think the sound was added after, JMHO.

Yeah.. it looks to be an Automatic... thus the tail lamp changing and being weird.

the sound is alright. imo the dude just added his "performance muffler" to replace the stock muffler. kinda like replacing ur stock muffler with a "fart cannon" except this sounds good
im going to wait until a company comes out with a funny cat-back than well here the difference between a "performance muffler" and a cat back made for the car.

Sounds great, although I do agree that exhaust should be setting off car alarms. I'd be perfectly happy if there were no mufflers on it.

Not too bad...those of you that want to make babies cry and set of car alarms should forget about a muffler and just add cutouts...heck, you could save your $$ from buying an exhaust system and just add cutouts to the factory system and have all the noise you want for less than $500 installed.
See video for demo below.... H/C LS2 http://s139.photobucket.com/albums/q...t=102_5596.flv Bolt-on LT1 http://s139.photobucket.com/albums/q...t=3rdagain.flv For raw dog sound the cutout is the way to go, because you can always turn it off...these loud exhaust systems are fine for a while, but they will get on your nerves after a while, especially if they drone inside the interior...and because IT IS the system, you can't turn it off with a switch. JMHO. |

I am by no means to trying to take away from their exhaust system but I prefer the sleeper method with the raw hateful sound of a raucous beast at the flip of a switch. |
