Powershifting?

Do you powershift at the track?
Im afraid to mess with the synchros or harm the trans.:(

I haven't powershifted (keeping gas to floor the entire time) but I do shift fast and I still blow the tires off in third

I do on occasions, when i first got my car I wore the first set of rears out in 3 weeks from powershifting and cruisin with traction control off.

you realize that you can NOT powershift these cars, if you have a stock tune.

The computer closes the throttle body to 30% open, during shifts. Meaning you are not keeping the car at WOT during a shift. Which means you are not powershifting.

Does that mean it's ok to keep the accelerator pedal to the floor during shifts without excessively damaging the car?

your talking about straight from the factory when your talking about a stock tune orrect? I've got the Predator 91 octane tune+ additional tunes from 06MonteSS. Would he have to know that I want to be able to do this...powershift?
