Since I'm so uninformed, why don't you fill me in on who is in the picture please. Otherwise, I will continue to refer to him as "THE PERSON".

There is no finer classic TV than Nick at Nite and no finer show on it than Hogan's Heroes. Featuring, the infamous man in the picture- Sgt. Schultz.

Much like me... He knows NOTHING... NOTHING... NOTHING...

Well, he knows nothing and I admit to nothing so it's close enough.

Thanks for the information. Between working long hours and going for my Masters Degree during the night, watching TV is a luxury I rarely get to enjoy these days. Although when I do watch TV, I'll candidly admit Nick at Nite is probably the last channel I would turn to (either ESPN, Speed, or Spike is usually on).

Now that I know hes Sgt. Schultz, I will no longer refer to him as "The Person".

You and me both my friend. I'm an old fart (relatively speaking) and I grew up on tv like that. I just know it's still on occasionally on late night tv thus the reference to find it if you so choose some day.

Masters Degree huh? Good for you. Little more important nowadays than having a little more in your portfolio than the next guy. Always good to see someone with their priorities straight.

I was just going to say that. These kids grew up on 24hr cartoon stations - not like us and our Saturday morning only deal....

Hogan's Heroes, Get Smart, Adam-12, The MOD Squad, Starsky and Hutch....forget it man.

Remember that loop antenna on the back of your TV to catch the UHF channels, and actually getting up to switch channels .... I even remember walking 10 miles to school, up hill..... and then 10 miles home, up hill..... Oh wait, that was my dads story

You could have added "...in a blinding snowstorm..." to make it more believable.

You just reminded me how many times the channel knob would get stripped from turning it so much and so we had to go find a pair of pliers to change the channel because you could never find a store that carried the proper knob....

Geez, all of these comments make me wonder if I'm the youngest guy coming to this event, lol. Anybody coming who is in their late 20s or early 30s?
