I missed the big turn out the weekend before because of a broken drive shaft so I made a trip all alone. But here is a shot from the Cars and Coffee Website. Hope you enjoy.

Freak accident. I just down shifted to pass someone on the freeway and i heard a loud thump like i lost the alternator under my car. The drive shaft didn't break off but i twisted it 1/4 past straight and broke some bolts. The took it off and sent it back to Detroit to the engineers to figure out what happened. So i am now back on the road and can't wait till the 14th to finally meet everyone.

A friend of mine built a high HP big block for his 67 vette a few years ago. He was looking under the car after about 100 miles. These are the half shafts he took off. He was smiling ear to ear.
