I got my sct itsx and ROTO fab today! The ROTO fab was cake to install. But the itsx is asking what PCM I want to upload my stock tune from

Where is the tuner from! You should have to marry device by downloading stock tune. You can't flash the car until you do that

You need to connect the tuner to your car. Download the stock tune to your device. Plug the tuner in to your PC and email it to ted. He has instructions for this but you need to provide a few details.

Once he has stock tune and list of mods he'll email a custom tune back to you.

Ted's easy to work with and is really responsive.

Basically the device doesn't come with your tune on it.

Hook up your SCT to your computer or laptop.
It should install drivers and bring you to their site for the latest software upgrades.
If it does not go to this part of there site that will tell you the directions for installing the tune on your SCT and ask for you to

Thanks! I do need to ask. While I'm doing the up load do I need to have internet connection?

Not while your uploading the car file from the car.

You only need the internet connection when you are updating the software and when sending and receiving the files from JRE (TED)

Talked with Ted this morning and I believe as does he that we need to wait And talk with sct. It's giving error code 0xFF

Sounds like a preloaded SCT.
They should be able to unlock it for you and clear it.
They may just send out another one.

Ok Got everything worked out, At first it was an update issue with the iTSX. so i went and bought a new laptop. Then it was the issue of the new puter having windows 8. after spending time on phone with Ted at Jannetty Racing, and a lot of time with SCT all got worked out and now the tune installed, Car runs GREAT! Will be placing another order today with Mr. Jannetty.
