DIY How to replace interior map lights with leds the right way

I know this may be very simple to many people but as for other such as myself i would appreciate it if anyone could tell how to remove and replace the interior maps lights with leds THE CORRECT WAY without breaking the plastic trim. Do i just need a flat screw driver? or is there a special tool to remove these interior plastic trims?

I know its hard, but all you need is a small flat screw driver, start 3/8 from any end you want there are long tabs there when you insert the screw driver in the gap, all you do is pull down it will move some then do the same at all 4 corners, like i said 3/8" off the corners, that is all it is.

Good luck.

Thanks for advice. I used a 1/8x3" flat screw driver to remove the black trim were the On and Off switch is located and then the cover of the bulb just popped right off without any problem. I had tried to to remove it in the past but the flat screw driver i was using was way to big and every time i would try to move the tabs it was digging into the trim. thanks again!
