Thumbs up SEPA5 – Monthly Meets for November 2013

===> Our next meet is Sunday, November 24th, starting around 10 AM. <===

Meet starts around 10AM then decide where to cruise to for lunch.

Trooper Starbucks
2630 Egypt Road
Norristown, PA 19403
Map

These are all weather permitting. If the last Sunday is cancelled due to weather the meet gets pushed back one week. If it is again cancelled, it is then skipped for that month.

In an effort to simplify finding the next date, this is the first of the single posts for each monthly meet. I feel the only way this will work is if we stick to the topic in each of these threads. Often by several posts, threads take on a life of their own. If you want to change the subject, just start another thread. I think that will aid in having less confusion.

It doesn't look good for Sunday. Temperature only suppose to go to 34*. That's too cold to stand around in a parking lot.

I added a poll question to the thread. Looks like the high is only 36 for this Sunday. Would you like to move the meet back one week to Dec 1st? Perhaps more favorable weather - perhaps not.

If we change the date to 12/1 and the weather is no better, then we would just skip the meet altogether.

This Sunday will be too cold and next Sunday I'll be at the Lehigh Valley Camaro Club Christmas party.

Unfortunately I can't make either due to the death of a close family friend.

It is going to be COLD but if you want to meet I'll be their. I'll take the SS instead of the ZL1. I will bring my parka to stay warm. Est. temp 30-32.

I was one of the two that voted to postpone due to the cold. However, if you guys want to meet, I could join you, but it will be too cold to drive the ZL1. Would you mind if I brought the LTZ instead?

If it is as cold as they say it will be Sunday, I have to vote to move it to the 1st. I have had a few experiences with tire traction of the Pirellis in cold weather that I did not feel comfortable with. I may not be able to make it on the 1st either.

Doesn't look like next Sunday is going to be any warmer. Not sure if tomorrow works for anyone but it looks a little better (mid-40s @10am). Just an option.
