this pic has been posted a tone of times. Most likely not a real ZL1. the rim size gets larger every time it is reposted as well.

last time it was posted they were 26" wheels I think ha ha.

Oh wow I did not know. I don't spend too much time in the ZL1 sub-forum. Do you know if the owner is a member on here?

What is the appeal of placing wheels and tires on cars that are taller than most 6th graders? In this instance, this person has ruined any performance in handling, acceleration, braking, etc. they once had. Utterly ridiculous. Even better than this abomination we see in these pics, is when people put these oafish wheels and tires on an '86 Monte Carlo. 305 C.I. pumping out a whopping 170 horsepower-CHECK, 225,000 miles on said engine-CHECK, Blue Book Value of said vehicle $1,200-CHECK. I still try to grasp the logic of putting $5,000 worth of wheels and tires on a $1,200 piece of garbage. It's all in what you want I guess. To each his own.

No every time someone post it nobody claims it. I don't think it is a real ZL1 I think it is a car that someone cloned. not positive though.

then again most poeple don't understand why you would buy a car like the ZL1 and then kill the perfromnce by adding wheels like that. wheels that large mess with every performance aspect. wheel weight(undsprung weight), gearing, center of gravity, etc.
