Vredestein Tires/ dynosteve@RDP Review
I ordered a set of the Vredestein Ultrac Vorti 285/35/20's from dynosteve.
First to address the vendor. This guy delivered faster than he promised to and sold a great product at an unbeatable price. Thanks for the very fast service! Now on to the tires. When I had the stock 1LE tires replaced by these I noticed that for the first 100 miles or so the Vredesteins were a little light on traction and didn't hold too well, that however changed as I rounded 200 miles with them on the car. They do not mimic how the goodyears hugged the road, you don't feel your tires "leading" you as you hit bends or corners as well, but the trade off is that they handle exceptionally well on wet surfaces. even though they are an all season I put them through an inch of snow just to see and they handled it alright. Overall Satisfaction with the deal was exceptional. I would buy these tires again, and most likely will when I wear these out. and I will go to the same place when I need them. |

Have you done any passes before and after these were installed? I'd be interested to know how they compare in terms of measurable traction at the strip.
