trunk leak

i did find water all around the battery and my plastic tray over the trunk carpet mat right side
so i start to check all the thread on water leak
1)put tie-rap to sunroof drain
next day rain 4 hour and still water leak
2)so i did the pros way take off all trunk trim and put the hose over the car and got into the trunk with a led light i did find some leak on a joint on the top of rear panel on the left side and it go directly to the spare place
and find water on the quarter side of the trunk and find that each side have water leak from the top and bottom pressure vent .
i think to seal the pressure vent but i have to take off the rear bumper and have to find the right side upper leak
anyone have seen that before
