I hate that people on here try and put the Camaro in a different class than it belongs. I love my SS, but I love my 335i for different reasons. They are 2 totally different cars. I get quiet a few looks in the Camaro, but I write it off mostly to the color, nothing more.

To try and compare a Camaro to an A6 or X5 is ignorant, IMO.

As someone who owned a V6 for a year before i upgraded, I would never try and compare it to the likes of any of those cars.

We live in the brush brother. Where I'm from people can't even pronounce Mclaren let alone care when they see one. A Camaro, Mustang or Challenger gets way more attention around here.

Agreed, somewhat. Up here there are few supercars running around but most do not know the differences between a Mustang, Camaro, Ferrari or Lambo...they just see a great looking car.

Maybe in the land of "beautiful people", a muscle car is nothing. For most middle class American's it is what we can afford and still give us the driving enjoyment of speed, handling and looks. I pulled up next to a 458 Ferrari the other day and everyone around was giving us the thumbs up to both vehicles, including he and I to each other.

My DD is an A6. Very nice car but I don't get any second looks (except for my rims) when I drive it but the Camaro is constantly getting attention.

As opposed to a skier that holds on to two poles in a crouched bent over position?
