Axles joints ?
Are the stock axle joints a problem or is it just the shaft.
I am asking because I'm getting grease on my left wheel. I have to check it out tomorrow , But the boot must have a problem. It still drives fine with no noise .

If you are losing grease from your CV "constant velocity joint" you need to stop driving the car and get the problem fixed . Here is what the insides of that joint look like and what the grease is lubricating
 The more grease you lose out of the joint the more friction and eventually the joint will fail. As it is you may have already compromised the life of the CV.Your boot is either torn or has slipped off the CV Also.. be sure the grease is coming from the CV and not somewhere else |

We lost an axle last weekend just for this reason, Lost the boot and the cv failed, The boots are not very good, we had some new boots shipped out from the drive shaft shop and so far so good. 160 mph is not good for the stock boots.
