So finally my 69' has a buddy in the garage. Bought at insurance auction, smashed up face, and needing lots of tlc. He's all better now. Not quite the BRAND new Camaro I was aiming for, but perfect. Now I don't need to buy one, having to strip it and rebuild. Stock motor is going into something else. New body parts, new heart. He's waiting to cruise to Sema |

Yay! I was right! Have you seen the original GITS cartoon movie? She had huge boobies! Was an awesomely dirty movie, along the lines like Ninja Scroll or Basilisk. lol. You ever seen an anime called Karas, Guyver, or Tekkaman? Very cool ones. KK I shut up now :P

As far as the Bold 9700 (the new one T-Mobile is releasing in like two weeks and AT&T will get a few weeks later) goes, it is also a worldwide device. The Tour is a CDMA/GSM hybrid (because Sprint and Verizon use CDMA). The Bold is simply a GSM device (AT&T and T-Mobile use GSM). Once you go overseas you're going to be relying on GSM anyway. CDMA is really only used in North America. If you're interested in MotoBLUR at all, wait for the Calgary to come out on VZW in a few months. It'll be a "lower-end" device than the Droid, however it will have Motorola's sweet social networking integration. http://www.boygeniusreport.com/2009/...ndroid-device/ There's also the Droid Eris (It's really an HTC Hero, VZW just renamed it). I've heard few to no complaints about that device, and the user interface is absolutely incredible. It's also based on Android. As for the iPhone coming to Verizon, don't hold your breath. Apple doesn't want to be bothered with CDMA, because then they need to have two different iPhones, or they'd have to put SEVERAL radios into the device, which would be a pain in the ass. It may come to Verizon once they start rolling out their LTE network and we start seeing decent coverage in about two years. Even if Verizon AND Sprint were given the iPhone, it's drops in the pail compared to the international audience they have with it. Also realize that Verizon's current "Our 3G network is 5 times as big as AT&T's!" is extremely misleading. Verizon's entire network technically qualifies as 3G, even though it's still mostly 1xRTT, which is a technology that delivers data speeds in line with AT&T's 2G network. So, technically they have much more 3G coverage, but they have about the same high-speed coverage as AT&T. Basically, it's about which carrier has better coverage where you are. For instance, when I'm on campus the best coverage by FAR is T-Mobile. When I'm home the best is Nextel (Note that even though Sprint OWNS the Nextel network, they are two completely different networks).

Edit: Watched Karas, pretty sweet, though i wish i could've gotten it subbed rather than dubbed. Guyver and Tekkaman aren't on netflix streaming so I'll get those through other means.

I just got the droid and it's great (i got my music synced to it from songbird). I can't wait to get the dashboard mount as my gps. I've used an itouch for a while and it's pretty much the same. So if you want something like the iphone, I would say get the droid.
Now all I need is a 2ss camaro and I'm set. |

And I hate when people hold their iphones in other peoples faces or dont shut up about what they are doing with it. Its like ok...its a phone.... Like bikes or cars, I build for myself. I rarely post specifics, and never media on any public outlet for right click saving like porn for random people. I build for myself, same with phone. Its mine. Not going to yell out how cool it is. Iphone or not, tour or whatever. Its not a bragging rights comp. I still dont understand why people feel the urge to yep out loud about iphone. congrats. everyone has one. And for the guys saying brand x phone will finally kill the iphone? Its much like car owners yelling their make/model car owns ALL. when that simply isnt true. Different strokes for different folks.

Both Guyver and Tekkaman are old yet new, they were old, but had newer renditions created of them, I honestly with they did this for more oldies. Astro Boy was a Japanese Icon, havent seen the version in theaters yet, may wait for blu ray. But was in upcoming Ninja Assassins, as an extra, excited to see it in its entirety. Have you seen Ninja Scroll? Sword of the Stranger? I like epics like Karas, or GITS movie, Akira, etc. Series are good, but few ever fair top notch animation. Maybe Samurai Champloo I think its called? MD Geist is a oldie but goody, as is Vampire Hunter D, which too btw is coming stateside for a live movie production. Games like Castlevania, Metal Gear, are getting live action big budget movies as well. Iron Man 3 is already in talks, as is Green Lantern, Wonderwoman, cant wait for Magneto, Captain America, Deadpool, and other comic based movies hope they do better then freaking Wolverine: Origins
