The LS is the base model. I'm sure a backup camera will not be an option, just as the C&C package, sunroof, and the RS package are not available on the LS.

No, I just think it's a ploy to get people to upgrade to 1LT. They did the same thing with the sunroof option and RS package. They did a similar thing with the 1SS and did not allow you to add the C&C package, but this is actually changing later for the 2011 MY. It never made sense that you could get C&C with the 1LT but not the 1SS. It was merely a ploy to get people to upgrade to the 2SS. It worked on me! I don't regret having leather though, but I probably would not have missed it if I didn't have it.

why are you trying to scare people about the dumbo mirrors? lol. Those things looked terrible. IF GM puts those on ALL Camaros then I know that the Camaro is only going to go downhill in future revisions. If it is some safety requirement for a certain country, then that makes sense, but those mirrors do not belong on a Camaro.

According to DuPont, the popularity of blue is (unfortunately) on the decline. Their 2010 report on most popular automotive colors shows it at 5% globally while it was at 9% according to the 2009 report.

As for the dumbo mirrors... there will always be aftermarket sources so that shouldn't be a big worry.

If they never improved and added features there would be know temptation for those that already have one to want to buy a new one. I think they plan out all the features in the first design and just slowly release them a few each year.

Mine will be paid off when the Z28 is released and i'll be trading up for sure, Althou I think I will probably wait for a 2nd year production of the Z's so as not to miss out on any little addtions they might add in.

Backup up camera will be a plus. These things have so many blind spots when reversing

When are they going to add height adjustment to the passenger's seat?! IMO this is the biggest shortcoming and the easiest to fix! Most passengers that ride in my car dislike the car for this simple reason.

The trend has also been related to green and blue. One color rises in populatrity and the other one falls. It's only between those two colors too. In the 90's green was more popular, the 2000's was blue and now the trend seems to be going back to green. Everyone screams about bringing back aqua blue or a color like that but not many people bought that color. I would venture a guess that synergy green is a lot more popular and that's why it is still offered.

I wounder what the FE4 suspension will consist of, and how it will compare to the performance of aftermarket suspension setups out now. I'm eager to see the 45th anniversary package too.

I hope the suspension upgrade is the magnetic ride, because the 2011 Escalade has the option and I for one think that the Camaro should get it if they are using it on big SUVs.
