There's still hate but it has moved from the styling to the lack of a manual and that they will only be built as sold orders meaning unless a Chevy dealer puts up 40,000 or whatever the price may be the only SS's you will see in the states are sold units.

That shouldn't be surprising. It was always going to be a build-to-order car. There won't be much inventory at all because GM doesn't want there to be inventory.

I love this car, but its coming out at the wrong time for me. Hopefully somebody buys them.

I would be in that camp, I think it's very boring/bland. The G8 IMO looked way better and much more aggressive.

This too. Why on earth did they show it in silver, silver is one of the most boring colors

Cars are usually shown in silver because it tends to show body lines better than most other colours. Thats why you see so many concept cars done in silver. Could be why they went with it for the SS.

I think Black is the color for this car, then Red with Black stripes
Not so good in White/Silver
