Looks like minor gains, but greatly improved throttle response

I can't see another CAI being easier to install than CAI Inc's intake. It fits very well, is built well and offers a 15 hp gain over stock. Not to mention it looks very nice and produces a very nice sound.

I can see you saying that if that's the only intake you've installed but the Injen is just as easy and puts out more hp without looking like an odd box in the corner. The Vararam is even easier to install and until it gets cooler out we wont know if it's better or not but reviews are very positive as well as Vararam being known for being very reputable. BTW, why are we drudging up a really old thread? lol

I put an Injen long tube on my 1LT Thursday. It took me a couple of hours, but I'm a slow and methodical mechanic. Now I know what all the fuss is about. What a difference it made in the car. I have no idea if its the "best" or not, but after researching the various threads here, I was very comfortable with my purchase. Pick one, get it done. You won't regret it.
