Are the roads still gravel in West Virginia? ( okay, I poke a little bit at the Mountaineers. I'd be more pleasant if you would agree to lose to the Cards in football next season)
I think I have seen a number of threads regarding chips in that area. I can't think of a good solution to stop it from happening again, other than something like 3M's clear protection film. |

Same thread here....http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=67067
Looks to be common, mine has 9k on it and numerous chips. I had to have my hood replaced (stupid deer) and 1 week after getting it back (about 3 weeks after it was painted) I had a chip in it. I don't want the clear bra on mine so I've just decided I'm gonna have to live with it. If you get GM to repaint, let us know. I'd love to have the do mine again right before the end of my warranty! |

What color of protection film should get red to match the car or I was thinking black to give the gils more of a look.

I think its usually just clear. The black in the gills is vinyl. I guess put on the black the the clear over the whole area. Then again I'm no expert in it.

What level of tint is that? Your car looks great. I can't hardly see the clear bra. In fact, in a couple of the pictures, I couldn't see any lines at all. |

I believe it is 35% which is the lowest you can get here in Massachusetts. I just told the installer to get me the lowest legal i could get, so i checked Mass laws and it stated 35%.

Ohio required 50% for front side windows. I am going 35% anyway. 50% is nothing.
