I can say for sure I agree with this!!! I'm in the middle of a road trip from RI to TX, in Dallas now, Austin on the weekend, and eventually home via New Orleans Nd Charleston SC and back up east coast... LOVE this car for a long haul, doing 8 pr so hrs/day down here. Went thru WORST rain I ever saw and not a hint of trouble!!!

It's the most comfortable road trip car I've owned. The trip to C5 Fest was great!

I had to test out the trip factor in this car almost immediately after buying it, had 200 miles on it when I started, nearly 600 when I got back. I must say it's a great ride and the V6 does get great mileage. Not the 38mpg my Cobalt got on the same trip but 27.5 isn't bad at 70mph the whole way. It's also the smoothest car I've ever driven. We had a little SUV, and have a crossover and the Balt and this car takes these horrible country roads better than any of them did. I was shocked the first time I drove on one of these roads with it.

Went 1,700 miles through PA, MA, VT and NY from MD last summer. Cushy the whole way.

Sounds about right, drove mine from Northern California (Sacramento) all the way to Las Vegas Nevada. Pretty fun drive, wasn't uncomfortable, even in the back. Hit about 25-27mpg avg. Just didnt like the ticket I got =]
