Funny - I saw that on the news too. Right when it started happening and said to my wife - "he's hiding in a trunk". Showed the police using a firetruck to get a sky view of the lot.

I'm travelling north to pick up my car (border of PA/NY) - dealer confirmed it was en route. Time to start buying the MODS...

Added: So I was at 4200 last Thursday and 4300 all weekend and then back to 4200 today. I believe that this means my car went out of the factory last Thursday and to the boarder (where it was over the weekend) and was picked up today for delivery to my dealership.

I guess I was right again - I just received this email from my dealer:

"Your Camaro just landed!!! How’s that for quick."

Unfortunately I'm not going to be able to pick it up for another week or two :( as the dealer is upstate. Now I start paying for saving $2k on my order...

I just got word from my dealer that my car is there! Only a couple hours more until I'm driving!

Your car was produced the week before mine, but mine arrived a day earlier....but you will take delivery much sooner than me.

Post up some pics when you get it home.

Here's a pic in a Best Buy parking lot on the way home. It's from my phone and the car is dirty (I didn't have them do any cleaning once it came off the truck, as evidenced by the vinyl wraps), so that's probably for the best.

I'm washing/polishing/waxing this weekend so I'll have MANY more pics then.

Yeah, it's quite the back and forth we're having. Stripes held my car back a few days and your dealer is closer to the plant, but hey, we're both going to be driving a badass car so what does it matter?!

mine keeps winding up in the bay.

They are just holding it for the snowbirds as they head to Florida after the cold weather sets in at Oshawa! Oh the anticipation! We are keeping our fingers crossed for you!

My car was at 4200 last friday, I talked to my dealer today and he said its not going to be here until late next week.

That's weird.

Mine was 4200 last friday as well. Arrived at me dealer (PA/NY border) on Monday.

Mine has kinda been the same way, I was talikng with my sales guy and he had no clue the car had already been produced and shipped. It took him a day and a half to tell me it won't be here til next week. Makes me think I should drive up there, I'd probably find it sitting in the pdi lot
