OPINIONS NEEDED on options!

I got the call today that my car was in and went in today to take a look before i take it home monday. I went over additional protection/warranties with the salesman. They offer a $595 dollar teflon (Dupont zonyl R2000) coating, $595 wheel protection plan, and a $395 security microdot application. What are your opinions on these extra costs as I am unsure which ones to purchase....

Buy everything. Or you can WAX and CLEAN your own CAR. And have extra money to MOD your Camaro.

Hell no on the Dupont...
That wheel protection package is $200 too high.
And you can get your glass etched for alot less.

Typical dealer schemes.

1. Depending on your insurance company, the etching of glass may be worth the expense if your insurance is lower because you get it. If not, why get etching? I highly doubt your Camaro will be stolen and /or only the glass taken.

2. Get a full compliment of Zaino instead of the Dupont. You will spend $250 for a HUGE variety of wax and the interior products are excellent!

3. Depending on what you get for deductible, I would check the search feature and see what others are paying and with whom they are going with.

I bought NOTHING extra with my Camaro..why add $1300 plus, plus interest to that car?

I always just figured wash it and wax it once a month or so as needed. Never into polishes and sealants. Any thoughts? What do you guys think of the 3M film?

I would just get the wheel protection plan, provided it covers most/all road hazards. How long is the policy for?
