Gave mine a full wash, claybar, glaze, and first coat of wax treatment.

Curious...why do some of you guys spend all that money on car care products and wash your car in the sun? Seems a bit counter productive, but hey, JMHO.

Agreed washing in the sun is not the preferred way however life sometimes forces it. As long as you use a pH balanced soap and are quick with the whole process it's not bad. Helps if your water is not super hard or you use deionized water for the rinse but who really has the resources to do that?

Mine is Hyper Blue. Not sure I would try on a black car though!

I keep the car as wet as I can through the wash and rinse process. As soon as I'm done rinsing, I drop the hose and move the car 10 ft. forward into the garage to dry and detail. I don't have a shady spot to wash and rinse unless I take it to a coin-op place and wash and dry there. My driveway is only in shade from about 7pm to sunset this time of year. This method works decently well.

Installed a GM Performance CAI I purchased from Wildhammer. I'm the guy not hellbent on modding my car out of it's warranty.

Dropped it off at the dealer to have the rear checked out. Random clunk here and there, and feels like there's some slippage when pushing it through the corners. My '14 LT feels more capable through the turns at the moment. Hopefully get that sorted.
