AGP TURBOS EFR-7670

Selling AGP turbos off my 13 ZL1 with 6L90 trans. Just installed these last May and now have 3500 miles on them. They are Borg Warner with ceramic ball bearings, .82 AR/T3 housing. Asking $2500 for the pair. Make offer.

That is a great price for the fastest spooling turbos AGP offers. I never felt out of boost with them. They were just too small for a 427.

Good luck with sale OP!

So you ran these on a 427? How much power were you making with them when you maxed them out?

If this was in a few months, I would definitely get them even though I only need one. Best of luck on sale.

1019/1071
Here is the dyno. I cannot remember the boost.

The second chart is after adding 6565 turbos. It was having boost controller issues as in it wasn't holding boost and was falling from 27 lbs to 21 lbs. Both of these charts are from the same dyno facility. The 6565s should make around 1400whp at max boost.

The new owner of the car had it dynoed after fixing the boost controller issue and made something like 1189whp on 15 lbs. The 1006whp in the second dyno is at 13.6 lbs if I remember correctly.

A 376 with EFR7670s would make for a seriously fun car.

I have a 417 in³ and currently have journal bearing 57/61's. Seems these have the same HP potential but spool much faster. Not sure the juice is worth the squeeze in my situation.

Yes it should've had the 62's. Kevin at AGP thinks i should do the Garrett GTW 65's. Thank you sir!!!

The highest has been 1076 to the tires thru a 6L90 and stock converter. Happy dyno maybe. Mostly 1010-1040rwhp

Custom cam I'm assuming?? I'm running LPE's GT9, great tq but hard on valvetrain.

Are these 65/65's Garrett's ??

Love the power at low boost!!!

Yeah tough call. Kevin at AGP might have some approximate numbers for you.

Yes, when LME built the engine I told them I had 7670 turbos and they said they had the perfect cam for it. Well, there was a misunderstanding and I believe they thought the turbos were 76mm turbos. Cam ended up being too big and had poor low speed manners. I called Cam Motion and told them what I had and what I wanted out of the cam. In about 10 minutes, order was placed. Cam arrived and I installed it. Cam turned out to be perfect for the 7670s. In the end, when I went with the 6565s (I think they are Garretts but cannot remember), I left the cam in and it was still perfect. It was a LLSR cam as well.

If I remember, if you try to equate the 7670s, they come out to be something like 57/58s. Each company seems to pick their sizing from different parts of the impellers and turbines.

If you are happy with the 57/61s, I would not change them other than to go bigger.

With a 417, the car shouldn't feel sluggish anywhere unless you seriously over turbo it.
