My guess is that these status codes are similar to LTL (Fedex, UPS, etc) tracking. More than likely, your car goes through a few hubs before it gets to the final destination. As it moves through those hubs, and gets connected/disconnected from each train line, the status changes. So it very well may be moving, but with just a status code, you can't tell exactly where it's at.

Then again, I could be completely wrong, but being in transportation all of my professional career, this would be my guess.

After waiting since 11/16 to get any new update or information... I finally got a text from VINViewFreightVerify!!! It is now in Charlotte, MI at VDC Lansing Delta but still eta date.

Does anyone happen to know a range or timeframe it might sit at this lot until actually being put on a railcar?

Is your car still sitting in toledo? The one I've been waiting on has been there since 1/10/23 and the eta keeps getting pushed back 2 weeks at a time

I was notified by my dealership on Monday that my Camaro has finally made it's way onto a train! Ordered April 30th, built Nov 18th, shipped Feb 27th, a little over 3 months since it was built.

one would think being first in line they would get first delivery.

I ordered last week of Nov 22 and have an ETA of next week.
