My car will be on the dyno this afternoon if anyone is interested in watching you can go to hitechmotorsport.com and click on the live video on the left side of the home page. I think it will be about 3:00 MN time. My plugs and o2 sensors were gummed up from an additive in the Sunoco 260 (104 octane) fuel I was mixing with pump gas. dmax86 if your talking about mine...that's what I was told the calculations were for 625RWHP, if that is incorrect I would like to know. I'm hoping after the repairs are made it will run 625RWHP again today. I will attach my dyno sheet on here one of these days.

Well it sounds like they ran out of time to get it on the dyno today, they tell me it will be on around 9:00 MN time Friday.

Ok they have my car on the dyno now. It's 9:30 am MN time. Go to hitechmotorsport.com and click on the live dyno video on the left side of the home page, it may take a couple minutes to load.

Well they found out the lid on the Edelbrock Supercharger is cracked and broken around the bolts that hold it down. It sounds like with the 2.75" pulley it built up so much pressure that forced the lid to push up and brake around the bolts. For now Hitech is going to put bigger washers on the bolts holding down the new lid. The lid will be delivered overnight early Saturday morning and should be on the car by noon hopefully running on the dyno again. With the broken cover it was only putting out 405rwhp.

Edelbrock was swift with their replacement of the part, yeah? This is the first I've heard of somebody having to use their Edelbrock warranty for this system, but in the past they've always been very very expedient about that process.
Thanks,
Matt

Yes they did respond with overnight delivery. The new cover had to be milled to fit washers on the bolts holding it down. All good now.

Is that your A/F ratio during dyno?

At that AFR your almost sure to blow the engine anytime. Lean = high power at cost of new engine. Should be closer to 11.5 on WOT. Maybe this has something to do with the cracked cover?
