Yeah, it's been ticking. I need to try to look into that bulletin and see what's what. I got my / our Camaro back in the middle of June of '09, so I'll have to see if the VIN fall into the range?

Just hope it acts up when the tech is present. Maybe if we take our cars in at the same time they'll believe us..... (or me rather. I'm sure yours will tick on command)

No, I can't get it to do that. When are you going in for it? Also, are you taking it to Hedricks?

If we could arm ourselves with that bulletin before we go in there, that'd be great! Anyway, the person to see in there is Carol. She's the only gal working in the service department.

My 2011 2SS ticks. My service guy said it was my headers. Sounded loud when it was bone stock. But they told me my transmission bogging and ticking will all "go away" once I put more miles on it.

17xxx miles and on start up. My lifters sound like someone hitting them with a hammer! Now I'm going to a different dealer with the TSB. Thanks for this thread.

mine was pretty pronounced as well. The ticking sound would go with the engine revolutions so it was pretty fast i would say.
