I received at least one call per day from them for nearly 2 weeks prior to my trial period ending. Bordering harassment. I'd rather buy 10 songs a month and play them on CD or mp3 player. XM is just not worth it IMO.

I just renewed at $25 for five months for XM everything. Not a bad price.

The comment from the 2nd person I talked to today was "What do you want us to do?" DUH XM - leave me alone. The next car I buy I guess I have to get the dealer to sign a statement not to give my info to XM - maybe by then I can get them to stop hounding mre over this car.
I got a few letters and when I called to ask them to stop sending them they try to say that I owed them almost $100 because I didn't call to to disable my radio id. I told them no way I won't pay, long story short they offered to forget it and renew my xm for 6 months for $60 so like an idiot I said okay and two months later I still have no xm in my car....

Yep, i would get some unrecognized number calling me 3-4 times/day any time of the day. I resorted to using an call blocker app on my phone and that did the trick.

Worst company I've ever done business with. I will never give them a penny of my money. Horrible customer service. Do NOT ever give your credit card number to them. I wish GM would stop putting their radios in our cars.

I liked XM for the comedy stations only. I pay for Pandora and stream it from my phone through the bluetooth connection. Much nicer when you can build your own radio stations.

I don't mind paying for the service. What I do I have a problem with is the 10% monthly royalty fee that they charge you in addition to your monthly service fee. If I was buying the music fine, but listening to it on the radio, BITE ME!

PP service.

The music is ok but still have DJs and commercials. Biggest advantage is not haveing to look for stations while on trips, as FM requires.

I hope with my next Chevy purchase that XM does not get my info. I will ask the dealer not to turn it on and I hope GM does not give my information to XM. If GM does give my info to a 3rd party that will be major issue. Yes Jeff of CCS - XM harassment is that bad....

THIS!!!

Frankly I *never* allow *any* service to bill my accounts automatically. Too many hassle stories out there, of getting into billing disputes.

This thread is also making me more and more inclined to establish a "junk" voice mail box. I'd already been thinking about it to divert calls from political causes.

I don't know why I still bother with XM. I have a problem with my billing every single month and I always have to call them to get it straightened out. I refuse to have automatic billing again with them because they always bill me for the wrong amount but I have to pay a $2 invoice fee because of it. If it wasn't for my husband "needing" XM I would have cut them off a long time ago.
