R my Stock L99 ECU readings @ idle in the norm range ?
First off I'm monitoring the ECU with a kiwi Bluetooth adapter and the Torque app on my Evo4g Android phone... I apologize for any naive ?'s I type, I'm just beginning to disect what all this ECU info means and I think I'm starting to wrap my head around it somewhat so I'm ready to dive in deeper ... feel free to take me to school but only after you help me see where my data stands please !! Thanks everyone
Here are my results : @ idle Load: 16.1% Revs: 0532 Air temp: 68.F IAT: 86.F Baro: 100.0 Kpa Intake pressure: 29.0 Kpa MAF: 5.1-6.8 g/s Timing Adv: 10.0 Knock Retard: 14.6 Deg Fuel Trim: Bank 1 (-3.1 +6.0) range Bank 2 (-3.1 +5.9) range Are these results normal for a 2010 L99 ? If not what's off ..... What might be causing it to be off ? My only mod is a K&N filter that sits in the OEM air box. I have 25K miles on the car and its a DD !! I don't like how my fuel trim jumps around , Im under the assumption that this means the O2 sensor is having to correct the MAF sensor, is my MAF sensor maybe bad ...? Talk to me people , my brain is a sponge right now .... |

hm ya,, something is wrong with your app,, according to your readings you have more knock retard at idle than your actual timing
fuel trims will jump around,, you have short term and long term fuel trims for bank 1 & 2,, the long term fuel trims are an adjusted average of your short term trims

Ahhhh shit my mistake the timing was fluctuating too! In-between 10.0 and I believe 16.9. I forgot to write down the data for the higher # ... I will post the range for the timing when I get off work in a couple hours. Maybe u can take another look and then and let me know what you think? |
