NO the wheels are too wide for a standand car wash I would not advise it. I will be washing mine by hand only!

Should be OK as some touchless car wash you drive your car inside and stop the wash arm swings around the entire car, NO TRACK.

ALL car washes recycle / reuse their water. So it is like taking a sand blaster to your paint. Wash it yourself the correct way and enjoy the fruits of your labor

NEVER. Even the touchless is hard on your paint (nozzles can take wax off, etc). Better to wash by hand--more thorough and helps you bond with the car. As others have said, the tires are too wide for standard washes. Do it by hand!

eep!...Car washes are a no-no if you want to keep the paint nice. Touchless washes use chemicals and strippers which are not friendly substances.
If you do not wash yourself, take to a detail shop for a hand washing.

Never thought of that! thanks for the info.

I wash it myself. Touchless car wash Chemicals are too strong and the black painted hood dome needs special care: clean water, soft brush, clean microfiber towel(I wipe the dome first). I would be careful with the power washer - I just use the hose with a nozzle, there's enough presure there.

Even detail shops don't use clean towels and wash "rags" for every wash. Most handwashing detail shops have left swirl marks in my IBM. I just wash mine myself every time now.. no.. not a ZL1.. but same principal applies.
