They are slow bone stock, but with easy bolt ons its easy high 13 sec cars. Lots of speed bolt ons available, wont find that for your moms camry.

Resonated X-pipe, Axle back exhaust, Cold air intake, Ported throttle Body, spacers, ported intakes etc. Add a tune and headers that may void your warranty but you will go even faster.

Its just not fast because of factory air restrictions. Its a low to mid 14 sec car factory stock. Free up the breathing with basic stuff and knock of at least a half sec. Add more stuff for better breathing and knock off a second.

He's got a 2012 with the LFX. Pretty sure headers are a no-go there due to the integrated exhaust manifold.
