My Scosche Kit Carbon Fibered
I don't think anyone has done this yet. I did not like the finish of the Scosche Kit and so I got Alan from G3 Composites to lay down some real carbon fiber on this bad boy. At first we were going to do a stripe like Lupe has been doing on the outer bezel but, we decided that would cover up too much of the carbon fiber and take away from the natural beauty of this. So we ended up doing the sides with a hash mark of rally yellow to tie in some of the other yellow things on my car's interior. I think it turned out really nice. I have a new Kenwood DNX6990HD for this and I am just waiting to get my car back from some exterior mods to install this and all the rest of the new audio system. Will post more once all installed. A few pics:
