All this talk of "when they fall off", everyone assumes they will fall...have any fallen off yet?

if mine has them, they will "fall" off

and if it makes any noise, im just gonna go back to the dealer and say, "my new car's brakes squeal, fix it"

And the dealer will say certainly Sir. And proceed to stick weights back on your calipers.

Cow, with me it's the half-assed look, not if they'll fall off or not. I don't know, maybe after I actually see them I won't think they're so offensive. I'll stay open minded.

NO Weights on My Camaro

Finally my dealer got delivery of my Camaro on Tuesday and got to inspect it yesterday. I did look for the weights on the caliper but they weren't on. I will be picking it up tomorrow after they install the stripes and will post a picture of it. To me it sounds like GM is getting their act together. Let hope that is the case. My VIN # 2G1T1EW9A9107293

Good question, camaro1. Is it an SS with the Brembo calipers, zforce?

I bet if he looks real closely he will see them. On mine they are pretty far to the inside of the caliper and painted black. I didn't see them until I washed the car the first time.

Has anyone even taken them off to see if there's really a difference, and if so, how much

His sig says 2SS

Could have been stuck in QC so long they just recently fixed it since he just took delivery, or maybe they missed them on his car, or maybe they're there
