If you have been able to load a tune this uses up 1 vehicle lock status and the device is no longer new, and can not be exchanged.

I can only exchange those who have not been able to program they're vehicle with any tune.

Typically electronics are Not returnable but we made an exception given the circumstances.

When I received my itsx I had the same problem! I dont know why but i have try the gauge menu, put it on gm gauge and then try the gauge and it work!! So after that I have retry to download my stock tune and bingo!! When i received my tune from Ted, same probleme, so I did go again to the gauge menu and do the same thing i have said before and it work again

Ted, are we waiting for a firmware update and an updated App or is it just the App?

I really want this to work, so I am willing to wait for the updates, but the anticipation is killing me and James has stopped replying to e-mails.

James is really good he'll get back to you. It's just an app update based on the conversations I have had.

Ted, when I down load the tune form you on to the iTSX, and I read iTSX info should it show four locks left, cause mine still shows five locks.

Locks are used up any time you load a tune to the car and then return to stock.

Guys, I am torn here after reading all of these post. Is this SCT iTSX a problem for Droid users? I really wanted to buy one of these to install this in my 2010 SS, but I'm not sure now. Have there been any issues for the droid users?

SCT iTSX

No problem with Android version 4.04 on my Motorola Xoom tablet.
Could not get PID's to read on my Nexus 7 with Android 4.1, so I'm keeping the older tablet for gauges and data logging until ITSX updates the firmware to work with Android "Jellybean"

I updated the SCT Device Updater, then tried to get the latest iTSX firmware. It directed me to go back to stock. Tried to go back to stock, but had same error Oxff. Tried the workaround of unplugging device at time of error, but no success. I just got off phone with SCT. According to them, the latest firmware is complete, but will take 2 weeks before we see the new iTSX app available on the Apple site. They have no other workaround for me to try. :(

Btw - I'm never able to speak to James J. Left msgs but no reply. If anyone else was able to find a workaround that actually works, please let me know. Otherwise I'll need to wait another 2 weeks to try the new FW.
