When i downshift sometimes i get a little break peddle kick back,if the rpms are high. Is that the ABS ?

I have the same thing happen. I believe that once you apply your foot to the brake, both the brakes and the transition are slowing you down. When you downshift you lose the force of the transmit ion slowing you down which causes the brake pedal to do what you are saying.

Hello HardrockSS, You should consider taking your vehicle to a dealership technician and trying to see if they can recreate the issue to diagnose what's going on. If you need some help with that, let me know. Here to help. Reggie B. Chevrolet Customer Care

I also forgot to mention that my car was doing this and now it is in the dealer for transition issues. My dealer thinks that it might be related and it has something to do with the torque converter.

I don't know because now the dealer called me and said my computer is freaking out and giving error codes for the transmission and putting it in limp mode. I hope your problem isn't the beginning of mine.
