Best way to paint this CF hood?
Below is a photo shop of the new look I'm going to be going with. I'll be ordering the ZL1 bumper with the mailslot this week, then will probably be ordering the Seibon BBII hood (pictured below) sometime later in the winter. What I want to know, is what is the best way to paint this hood to maintain the carbon look, but not have it look out of place. I'm leaning towards painting the cowl, but I could paint everything but the cowl instead. Of course, leaving it unpainted is always and option, but it might be a little much. What do you guys think?

Thats a tough choice! I think it would look great either of the 3 ways(cowl painted, sides painted and cowl not painted, hood not painted). Sorry not much help, but love CF and think it will look good no matter what. It will look amazing when you are done.

I think it would look good painted too, but I personally would like to show off at least some of the carbon fiber

Leave the side of the cowl carbon.
Paint the rest body color. That's my plan if I get a carbon hood.
